At the front of the property is a large private gravel yard. It is gated so it can be secured and provides ample parking for more than 4 cars. There is a small lawn at the front of the property.
There is also a barn which has been converted to a games room and houses a snooker table, dart board, table tennis and football table. There are seats, and a table This is rough and ready and not heated.
At the rear there is a patio with garden furniture to seat 16 , firepit and BBQ. It is easy to open the 2 sets of doors in the kitchen and step straight out onto the patio….
At the back is a huge English cottage garden with mature borders and extensive lawns. There is also a climbing frame and swing set for the little one’s.
We are lucky in Ryton, there is no light pollution at time of writing so on a clear night you can feast your eyes on the multitude of stars and planets in the sky!!
